Do you know what dieting does to your body? πŸ€”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It’s like driving in your car from 0 to 100 and then slamming on the brakes. πŸš—πŸ’₯
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
This constant start–stop cycle isn’t just exhausting. It’s jarring to your nervous system. And your body knows it. πŸ˜£πŸ’«
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Mainstream dieting calls this β€œdiscipline.”
Your body calls it unsafe. ⚠️
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
That’s why this diet/binge cycle becomes a sneaky and subconscious habit. You know it’s hurting you, you desperately want to stop, but you convince yourself you can’t so you go around the circle again… for decades! πŸ”„πŸ˜”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
This isn’t a willpower problem.
It's a sneaky subconscious habit. 🧠✨
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Which is exactly what we’re breaking inside my Habit Busters Masterclass, where you learn how to get underneath the patterns that keep pulling you back. πŸ”πŸ’₯
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It’s happening very soon. ⏳
If this landed for you, you’ll want to be there. πŸ’›

What are you worried about?
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
No, really… pause for a second.
What’s running through your mind right now?
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Most of us have the worry channel playing in our heads 24/7.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Author Gay Hendricks, from The Big Leap, explains that worrying can become addictiveβ€”
like playing a slot machine.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
You keep pulling the lever, hoping you’ll eventually be β€œright” for worrying in the first place.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
But here’s the truth:
When you convince yourself that worrying is helpful,
you train your mind to live in fear-based thoughts.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Fear creates anxiety.
Anxiety creates discomfort.
And discomfort often leads to eatingβ€”
not because you’re hungry, but because you want relief.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Do you see the cycle?
Worry β†’ anxiety β†’ food β†’ temporary calm β†’ more worry.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It’s an endless loopβ€” because the mind can always find something new to worry about.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you’re ready to learn how to interrupt this cycle
and start living more worry-free, comment WORRY FREE below and I’ll reach out with some tips 🀍

I want to talk about habits for a moment β€” especially because my Habit Busters Masterclass is coming up soon. (Link in my bio)
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Most of the women I work with feel stuck in old habits.
And many of those habits were formed in childhood.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Here’s why that matters…
Habits are created through repetition, and when they’re formed as a child, they often develop to help you survive a certain feeling.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Fear.
Frustration.
Helplessness.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
So if you find yourself feeling those same emotions today, it’s not because you don’t have willpower, it's because you haven’t developed the β€œpower of your own will.”
You are still doing things you did as a kid.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
The good news?
Fixing old habits is not hard at all.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
But becoming a new version of yourself does require doing something different:
First, you have to envisioning yourself with new habits and I can teach you how to do that just by signing up for my Habit Busters Masterclass β€” it’s happening soon 🀍

Let’s clear this up πŸ‘‡
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
You do not have bad eating habits. You have old habits around food that once worked for you and now they don’t. That's it!
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
I work with so many women who struggle with emotional eating, and I want you to remind yourself that you are an intelligent, responsible woman who already knows what to eat.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

What you don’t know is why you are choosing to eat things that do not align with your intentions, your integrity, or your goals.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
What you do have is a habit of using food to feel something about yourself after you eat.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
And it doesn’t matter if it’s a cookie, Doritos, a grape, or a sandwich.
The food isn’t the issue.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
The issue is what comes next.
Judgment.
Disappointment.
Shame.
Guilt.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
You’re using food as a reason to criticize yourselfβ€”whether you label it β€œgood” or β€œbad.”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Emotional eating isn’t about food.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It’s about the relationship you have with yourself.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you’re ready to break out of that mindset and learn a completely different approach,

Habits might look innocent… but they’re not random.

You might say,
β€œI have a bad habit of doing X, Y, or Z.”

But here’s the truth πŸ‘‰
There is no such thing as a bad habit.

Some habits were created to serve a past version of you.
And for that version?
The habit was doing its job perfectly.

What feels β€œbad” now was once necessary.

But here’s the part most people missπŸ‘‡
You cannot support a new version of yourself while holding onto habits that were built for the old you.

You can’t have both.

For example, let’s talk about the "habit" of emotionally eating.

People say things like:
β€œI’m an emotional eater.”
β€œI can’t be trusted around food.”

So the solution seems obvious, right?
➑️ Go on a restrictive diet
➑️ Remove certain foods
➑️ Control harder because β€œyou can’t be trusted”

Wrong.

You can be trusted.
And restriction is not proof of self-trust.

Emotional eating has very little to do with food.

It has everything to do with identity.

You cannot keep calling yourself an emotional eater
…and expect yourself not to eat emotionally.

That wouldn’t make sense.

The first habit that must change isn’t what you eatβ€”
It’s the language you use to describe yourself.

When you stop reinforcing the old identity,
you create space to live in your truth.
And that is where self-trust is built.

Trying to change behavior before identity?
That’s why it never lasts.

If you want to learn how to change habits before you think you can,
join me for my HABIT BUSTERS Masterclass and experience the power of self-discovery.

β€œWhether you think you can, or you think you can’tβ€”you’re right.”

Have you ever heard that the quality of your life is directly linked to the quality of your habits?
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
And here’s what most people don’t realize about their β€œeating habits”.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍Many of your eating habits were created through repetition during a time when you may have been quite small or when you were in survival mode.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
So, when your eating habits were being developed you were doing the best you could with what you knew at the time.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
But now?
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Some of those same habits might be hurting you.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Habits are formed through repetition β€” and they’re also changed through repetition.
So why does change feel so hard?
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Because you have to want it just 1% more than you don’t want it.
And that β€œdon’t want it” voice lives in your subconscious mind.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you don’t know how to become aware of your subconscious thoughts,
that 1% will overpower even your strongest conscious effort.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you’re ready to get underneath these sneaky habits and finally break the cycle,
sign up for my Habit Busters Masterclass β€” it’s happening soon 🀍

Does this sound like you? πŸ‘€
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
You’re β€œoff sugar” (for the hundredth time)
Driving to a party
And your brain is already ahead of you…
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
β€œWhat desserts will they have?”
β€œAm I going to eat one?”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
You’re stressing over a cookie you haven’t even seen yet πŸͺ
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
This constant mental gymnastics?
It’s not a lack of willpower or disciplineβ€” it’s self-pressure, self-sabotage, and it quietly turns into self-bullying.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Eating food is not wrong. You are not β€œbad” because you ate a cookie or a piece of cake.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
What is harmful is living in an all-or-nothing mindset.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Because unrealistic expectations always turn into resentment β€” especially toward yourself.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you’re ready to stop fighting with yourself about food in your head,
follow me for a calmer, more peaceful approach 🀍

Say this in the mirror 3 times every day:

β€œI don’t know how to live without your love, I was born to make you happy, I want to show you how much I care.”

And then watch your self sabotaging habits start to change to self care.

Then, get signed up for my next Habit Busters Masterclass happening on Jan 13…

Practice self-compassion by saying THIS into the mirror 3 times today πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
πŸ’›β€œI don’t know how to live without your love.”
πŸ’›β€œI was born to make you happy.”
πŸ’›β€œI want to show you how much I care.”
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Now here’s the powerful part…
Watch your habits after you say it.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Notice how many times today you do something that doesn’t match those words.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Most women think they lack willpower or discipline but this is just not true.
What most women are lacking is compassion for themselves!
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
They subconsciously give away all of their amazing energy to others which quietly (and subconsciously) pulls them away from self-care, self-trust, and self worth.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you’re always last on your to-do list, you might be stuck in these habits that are sneaky subconscious habits too..
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
Let this be the last day you ignore your feelings, your goodness, and your self care.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
If you want to learn how to spot and stop these sneaky habits of self-sabotage) before they ruin your day,
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
