There are some things that only people struggling with emotional eating can fully understand. πŸ˜”

It can be difficult to explain to others what exactly it’s like to:
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
πŸ₯Ί Try to fill an emptiness with food and instead end up with nausea & disgust.
πŸͺ Admit that you can’t be in the house alone with cookies, chips, or ice cream.
⏳ Feel like you’re trying everything you can think of but you're running out of time because your health is failing.

The worst thing? 😞

It’s impossible to explain the shame you feel when you wake up every morning and think:

There are days when it hurtsβ€”
When someone lashes out, accuses me of β€œjust trying to sell something,” or tells me my way won’t work for them…
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

When I pour my time, presence, and energy into free conversations, holding space for their pain, their hopes, their healing…
Only to be met with silence. Or rejection. Or suddenly being β€œblocked” the next day.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It can leave me feeling confused, a little heartbroken, and questioning if I did something wrong.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
But here's the truth I come back to every time:
✨ I’m not here to convince anyone.
✨ I’m here to serve, to guide, and to hold space for the women who are truly ready.
✨ I do this work because I know what it feels like to struggle in silenceβ€”and I refuse to let women keep thinking they have to fix themselves alone.

No matter the challenges, I wouldn’t trade this work for anything.

These Three Books Changed Everything for Me πŸ“šπŸ’«

I love to readβ€”though I’ll admit, I’m a slow reader. I tend to hop from book to book, and sometimes it takes me over a year to finish one. But over the years, a few books have truly stood out and transformed the way I relate to myself, my mind, and my inner spirit.

Here are the three that made the biggest impact:

1️⃣ The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
This book taught me the life-changing practice of presence. It reminded me that there’s nothing behind me and nothing ahead of me that matters more than this moment.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
✨ My breath is the only thing happening RIGHT NOW.
‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
It helped me let go of the past, stop worrying about the future, and reconnect with the peace that’s available when I just breathe and be here now.

2️⃣ The Gifts of Imperfection by BrenΓ© Brown
This one cracked me open. It helped me stop being the biggest obstacle in my own life. I realized I didn’t have to be perfect or do everything "just right" to be worthy.

πŸ’” I had been trying to be everything for everyone, all while feeling empty inside.

Journaling EVERYTHING – I call it a brain dump and it doesn’t need to make any sense because I will never look at it again. It’s just a way for me to release what’s on my mind onto paper. 🧾🧠
