FINAL UNSOLICITED COMMENT
**It's with humility and a little sadness that I say "goodbye" as I retire. It's been an honor to entertain you for over 43 years.
I believe that most of us go through life not knowing or understanding how we might impact others' lives.
I always hoped that my talent (such as it is) and philosophy would somehow reach others.
The love I have always felt for this small valley buried in the southeast corner of the state, has been something I've tried to share.
Through conversations and recent Facebook posts, I've been able to quantify on a small scale the influence I may have had throughout my career.
I've tried to project warmth and, when needed, good humor...despite my love of dad jokes.
I anticipate just fading into memory but perhaps, some may one day remember, the Voice of the Valley. I've had a good journey and my thanks and appreciation to you, knows no limits.
