Been looking forward to this reunion. The nose was an explosive of pure Bordeaux funk meets that pungent Syrah. This was a chewy w**e. Viscous. Reflective of the unfiltered nature. Boysenberry dominate. 88% Cab. 10% Syrah. 2% Petit Verdot.

A treasure from our visit to St. Emilion back in 2018. A wise person once said, a little patient goes a long way 😎. And, boy was that right. The subtle, yet waves of bold black cherry sang cheerfully. 80% Merlot, 20% Cab blend.

A weekend of great w**es, exploring different regions, different varietals and vintages. Hard to pick a winner in this lot. All were exquisite. The Mira was funky and kept us guessing as it evolved. Cayuse was also an adventure over the course of the evening.
