Sammie and Chris Pauline found their “someone” in each other.. they hosted their celebration at 21c Louisville and invited only the true partygoers and dancers! What a great night! It was one where we couldn’t play anything wrong and everyone danced all night!
PartyZone Productions provided the soundtrack, the lighting, monogram, a private last dance and followed Sharon Rumsey with A Perfect Plan Events itinerary to a T! What a beautiful day for them! Thank you for inviting us! Taylor w 21c supplied perfection w the venue and food and Lloyd’s Florist provided the phenomenal floral arrangements that helped provided the look and feel.

Nicole and Raymond had a vision.. a disco ball themed wedding..and where else? The Kentucky Derby Museum! So Ginna and I went to work.. we had a ton of trussing and mirror balls already and I had just purchased a 36” mirror ball.. this thing is a monster.. it lives on its own pallet. As always Go Big or Go Home.. so the 36” was the centerpiece.. tied in with 20”, 16” and 12” balls..
When they came in to see it and we lit it up huge smiles happened and that’s when we know we did it right…
PartyZone Productions also supplied the staging for a multi level wedding party head table, The DJ booth, DJ and Asst, lighting, ceremony sound, and through one super FUN dance party celebration! Definitely one for the record books! Let us know how we can help you with your vision! Gentry Reserve provided the backdrop for the photobooth and table reservations wall! RK Bluegrass of course outdid themselves with the catering. Sydney Darwin was there to capture all of the craziness and beautiful moments. Maddy with the Kentucky Derby Museum how do we say Thank You enough.. she bent over backwards to make this happen.. and It couldn’t have happened though without the direction from Ginna Matson Events!

Our ad campaign for the 2025 Louisville Wedding Show won a GOLD ADDY from AAF Louisville! HUGE accomplishment for our first show! It showed by having record attendance and INCREDIBLE vendors participate!! Thank you to the Louisville Palace and your incredible staff for helping make it happen! If you guys only knew how hard it was to win a Gold and the first year! Most importantly thank you to An Agency for making it happen!! You guys are the GOAT!

The Mercury Ballroom hosted the awards celebration for LOVB (Women’s professional indoor volleyball league). Our task… LIGHT IT UP, indoors and outdoors..
Uplighting, highlighting, and just making a cool venue look just a little cooler. Love working this venue because the options are limitless and the staff is phenomenal to work with. Thank you for inviting us to be part of this event!

Today we had the honor of celebrating the awards for another year with the U of L School of Dentistry. So many categories, so many students.. it’s hard to believe how many dentists graduate each year.
Hosted at Mellwood Arts Center, PartyZone Productions provided video and audio production. Congratulations to all of the graduates!!
We also can’t go without say Marguerite Schadt with Heitzmans Traditional Bakery provided a phenomenal breakfast for all of the attendees! I may have walked by the buffet and snagged a doughnut.. even though I greatly didn’t need it!
