Can a stranger say: what you do, who it’s for, and what to do next in the first 5 seconds of visiting your website?

Q1: What do you do?
Write one clear line:
We help [WHO] get [RESULT] with [OFFER].

Q2: Who is it for?
Name the niche: local biz, church, nonprofit, trades, etc.

Specific > generic.

Q3: What do I do next?
One obvious CTA above the fold:
Call • Get a Quote • Book Now

Repeat it mid-page and in the footer.

4 Must-Have Homepage Blocks:
• Hero value prop (plain English)
• Social proof (reviews/logos)
• 3 core services (quick blurbs)
• Primary CTA (again)

The 7C Framework: Make Any Post Perform

1) Clarity (What Is It?)
If someone only reads the first line, do they know exactly what this is and who it’s for?

2) Comfort (Remove Friction)
Answer the unspoken questions right in the post: parking, dress code, cost, length, what to bring.

3) Consistency (Look + Voice)
Same colors, logo, fonts, and tone across flyer, stories, reels, and website.

Consistency = trust.

4) Compelling Hook (First 3 Seconds)
Lead with a problem you solve or a promise you can keep.

5) Call to Action (One Job)
Give the post one job: DM “FALL”, Tap ‘Plan Your Visit’, Get a quote.

Don’t stack CTAs.

6) Channels (Post Like A System)
Reel/Short (awareness) → Carousel (details) → Story (reminder) → Link/Button (conversion)

Reuse the same message in different formats.

7) Cadence (Rhythm Wins)
Post in a rhythm: announce → remind → final call.

Plan 3 touch points minimum for every event/offer.
