Hi my name is Shaun I go by double K on the air and I host a show that I created called the oldies show and I was wondering if your radio station would like to carry it it is a complete barter agreement if you are interested in my little radio show it’s an hour long I would like to know if you’d like to carry on 100.7 in Hillsboro Oregon
Hi all
This is just a note to say "thank you" for playing the music few stations play any more.
Thank you for no 10-minute ad breaks, no politics, no I-heart, no monotonous Leif's Collision Repair, no Home Depot ads.
I hope circumstances allow for a stronger broadcast signal one day soon.
You folks are golden.
I just found this gem
Thought you might like a video of me playing KQRZ on my home-made radio
Yay you're coming in loud and clear!! Happy girl here 🤩 now I can go to sleep 😴
Best version of Highway Star EVER!!!👍👍👍
And the Angels sing? Martha Tilton and Benny Goodman? My dad was in Benny's band around then. Another Johnny Mercer hit. Tossing in that gem made my day. KQRZ is the best radio station in the US! 73, W3VET
Hey, do you guys have a play list posted somewhere? I'd love be able to find some of your songs online to re-listen when I'm away from my radio.
We just found your station. We're also HAMs. Your playlist is wonderfully eclectic.
You just played Deep Purple's "Highway Star", live from the Made in Japan album -- one of my FAVORITES!! Thank you!
I love the fact that there are songs I have never heard. That is so cool! Along with really cool recognizable songs. Thanks for expanding my musical repertoire.
Thank you so much - you're a refuge from The Mueller Report, Nancy Pelosi, The Wall, and Impeachment. So so sick of it all. I like these truly moldy oldies, not the same 'ol "golden oldies" heard all the time. "Pieces of April" by Three Dog '72, "Reflections of My Life" by Marmalade '70, "Witchi-Tai-To" by Everything is Everything '68. I remember most of the lyrics; go figure. Love it.
