Hey, the temperatures are going to be more reasonable the rest of the week, so why not spend part of this week at the Clackamas County Fair and/or Canby Rodeo. There's a ton to see and do, some new areas of interest and, as always, that fair food you know you love. Elephant ears are calling you. Fair runs through Saturday at the fairgrounds in Canby.

A nice piece of local history is back and looking good. The Mark Prairie schoolhouse has been rebuilt and remodeled after being largely destroyed in 2021 during an ice storm. The new look will be on display at an open house.

The 2025 edition of this year’s Clackamas County Fair and Canby Rodeo, presented by Clarios, will set the fairgrounds ablaze with excitement and fun Aug. 12-16 at the Clackamas County Event Center in Canby.
