The Granite State News Collaborative is running an article on funding issues for community media and stations like Nashua ETV not only in NH, but across the country as consumers find alternatives to traditional Cable TV. Unfortunately, that exodus is negatively impacting Community TV by reducing the amount of Franchise Fees paid to the city for operating within public rights of way.
