🚓 Nashua Police Department – Citizens Police Academy 🚓

There is still time to register if you are thinking about attending the Citizens Police Academy.

The Nashua Police Department is excited to announce that our Citizens Police Academy will be running on Wednesday Evenings, 6:30pm to 9:30pm, from April 1 through May 20!

This multi-week program gives community members an inside look at the day-to-day operations of your police department. Participants will learn about patrol operations, investigations, dispatch, specialized units, and the challenges officers face while serving our city.

The Citizens Police Academy is a great opportunity to build relationships, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of how we work to keep Nashua safe.

Join us this Friday and Saturday night as Brian S. McCarthy students perform Schoolhouse Rock Live! Jr., based on the ever-popular, award-winning 1970s cartoons! Doors open at 6:30 PM, with a start time of 7:00 PM on both nights. Tickets are $7 for those who are 2-16 years old, and $10 for those 17 and older. Concessions and a raffle will also be present!

Nashua Fire Rescue will be partnering again with Nashua Community College to host our 2nd annual Firefighter Camp. If your child age 14-18 is interested in seeing what a career in the Fire Service is about please register!

Today K9 Ellie, Officer Turcotte, and Officer Othot had a great time visiting the Play Pals preschool class at the New Searles Elementary School. The students had the opportunity to meet K9 Ellie and speak with the officers.
