The Lehigh Valley Humane Society is over capacity, and they're waiving pet adoption fees through Sunday on lots of their animals in the effort to find them forever homes.

Change in the speed limit

**********SPEED LIMIT CHANGE**********

Residents and visitors traveling through the borough, please be aware that the speed limit for the entire length of Washington Street and the entire length of Spruce Street, has been changed to 25 MPH, effective immediately. All the signs have been changed and we encourage all drivers to take notice to the change and obey the speed limit.
