What a year for all of us ❤️

Looking back, 2025 was full of moments that reminded us why we love calling the Rio Grande Valley home. We cheered together during UTRGV’s first football season, served our community during Miracle Treat Day, opened new restaurant locations, and celebrated so many wins with our teams across the Valley.

We spent the year showing up, at events that bring the RGV together, at Social Fest supporting local creators, and in every project that helps our region grow. We even took big steps on the development side, investing in new spaces that will serve our neighbors for years to come.

But more than anything, we’re grateful. Grateful for every guest who walked through our doors, every partner who believed in us, and every teammate who gave their best day after day.

Here’s to a 2026 filled with more connection, more community, and more moments that make the Valley feel like family.

We’re celebrating 10 years of one of our most cherished traditions at F&P Group: The Grateful for You Team Member Recognition.

Every November, we honor those who go above and beyond, the ones who lead with heart, lift others up, and make our restaurants feel like a familia.

Over the past decade, more than 350 team members have been recognized and surprised with a full Thanksgiving meal. But it’s always been about more than the turkey: it’s about looking someone in the eyes and saying: “We’re grateful for you. Gracias por todo”.

This happens thanks to a true team effort: our Managers, District Leaders, Operations team, and leadership coming together to celebrate one standout person at each location.

To our entire F&P family: gracias. We’re grateful for you, today and always.
