It is such a bittersweet moment for us to wrap up our final broadcast of Live with Arlow and Adam. After 124 episodes, opportunities are taking us along different paths. You can still catch us both in the world of podcasting. Arlow has his new show The Rundown with Arlow that went live this past week and his first episode will drop February 3rd as well as his show Sitting Ringside for FightBook MMA. You can also catch Adam on his weekly Rocklahoma and Local Rock show Surviving Rocklahoma. We're absolutely honored and privileged to have had so much support over the years. While we are turning off the lights for a while, it doesn't mean we can't pop in for a surprise show or special in the future.
