Contest rules:
This contest is open to all listeners who reside in the broadcast area, who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the following licensees, including corporate parent Prophecy Media Group, LLC, Prophecy Radio Group, LLC, San Angelo Entertainment Group, LLC, Blue Sky Entertainment Group, LLC, and their affiliated entities and stations(“PMG”), their affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
For the PAY YOUR BILLS Spring 2026 contest:
Listeners must listen for the text word of the week from Monday to Sunday between 12:01 AM and 12 midnight each day.
When you hear the word of the week announced, you must text word to 903-868-1073 for all English stations and text the Spanish word to 254-235-1041 for all Spanish stations including KWOW, KLTO, Latino 93.5 and KQMJ and then you will be entered to win the Pay Your Bills contest. You can only enter once per week.
All entries from both text contests will be stored on our text company’s servers and one $500 winner will be randomly drawn from all the correct entries each week. The winner will be notified by text or phone. By entering, you agree that we may use your name in promoting our contest in all media.
The contest is from March 30, 2026 until May 8, 2026. The chances of winning each week depends on the number of people who text the correct word each week.
This is a multi-station contest. Entries may be from any of the stations below. The following stations are currently part of this contest:
KQDR – Savoy, Texas
KBTP – Mertzon, Texas
KBJX – Mertzon, Texas
KBNX – Bangs, Texas
KCXX – Comanche, Texas
KSZX – Santa Anna, Texas
KJKB – Early, Texas
KXXU – Santa Anna, Texas
KWOW – Clifton, Texas
KWPW – Robinson, Texas
KLTO – Moody, Texas
93.5 - Waco, Texas
KIXT – Hewitt, Texas
Blue Sky Entertainment Group, LLC stations:
KISY – Blossom, Texas
KQMJ – Blanket, Texas
KTCY – Menard, Texas
The weekly winner’s name will be announced after 6 PM on Friday afternoon. All prize winners may claim their prize by calling 254-772-6104.
If any prize or prize certificate is not claimed within 30 days of winning, then the winner will forfeit such prize. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. PMG is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
Listeners may win an on air, text or online contest only once every thirty days and only once every six months if the prize is valued at more than $600. Only one winner PER HOUSEHOLD is permitted in this contest.
Contest prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted. Decision of station management with respect to the contest are final. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
Contest winners will be required to sign a waiver and release upon accepting the prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold the station, its corporate licensee, its parent corporation Prophecy Media Group, LLC, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.
PMG reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. PMG may also discontinue the contest at any time.
No purchase is necessary for any contests. The contest is void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM at the local office of each station or online for each station in the contest.
