Another year another in the books! What an absolute honor it has been to experience this iconic beer festival from many different angles for more than a decade.
The US craft beer industry is experiencing some shifting, and in many ways a complete reimagination of what it means to be . In a market of maturing consumers, and young promiscuous palates it’s hard to predict what the landscape will look like in the next 5 years. I don’t say any of this be negative, but rather to insight a bit of reflection…
I, have the hope (which is a closely studied prediction) that the BEST craft breweries, are merely in a state of hibernation… filling cans, bottles and kegs of alternative libations with the trust that the 1990’s will be remembered, and revived!
