🚱 Boil Water Advisory – Effective Immediately 🚱 The City of Saint Charles is issuing a boil water advisory for all residents and businesses out of an abundance of caution.

💧 Until further notice, please boil all water for consumption for at least 3 minutes, then allow it to cool before use. This includes water used for:

Drinking

Making ice

Brushing teeth

Washing dishes

Preparing food

🚿 You do not need to boil water for bathing, showering, or laundry.

🌱 Please conserve water during this time. Avoid non-essential usage like irrigation to help maintain supply for everyone.

🧪 Water samples are being collected for lab testing. The advisory will remain in effect until results confirm the water is safe. We expect an update within 36–48 hours and will notify the public immediately once lifted.

Thank you for your cooperation and support as we work to restore safe water service.

Elsberry Flood Relief – We Need Your Help! Severe flooding struck Elsberry this morning, leaving families displaced and homes devastated. The community we serve through our Food Pantry in Elsberry will be in greater need than ever.

We are collecting urgent donations to support immediate and ongoing needs: Food, Bottled Water, Cleaning Supplies, and Hygiene Products

📦 Drop-off Location: Our St. Charles office is accepting donations during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm at 4116 McClay Rd.). Let’s come together to provide comfort, care, and community.
