When your accountability buddy calls and says that they will be at the gym at 4:30 p.m., you know that you have to get your mind right so that you can show up.

I may not show up at 4:30 p.m., but God willing I will show up today for my health.

Moral: Accountability really matters!

Getting in this walk! It’s been a LONG WEEK 😀, but I must still show up for my health.

Do I feel like walking? No I do not feel like walking.
I promise you when I finish this walk that I will fill like running.

Moral: Simply do what we have to do for our health because what we do for our health will give us the energy to do what we have to do. It’s really that simple. Just do it!
