Had a blast filming the PEachtree Corners Summer Concert Series Saturday night from the newly named Vox Populi stage with the amazing Natural Wonder band paying homage to Stevie Wonder. This is straight out of camera with no processing. Thanks to PTC for allowing us to be part of the team. Don’t miss the chance to see this concert series this summer. PTC is bringing great bands and it is all free admission!

Brad wanted to shoot some cool vintage and moody images for artgrid with Ciarra and we put together this crimson soaked scene with a vintage 1960’s blouse that Prince would have loved. Ciarra perfectly evoked that beautiful, sensual, and sophisticated feel and look of that hot and humid night at the club in Havana pre-Castro. I only took a few frames and wanted to share them.

Eatonton Workshop: Photography Essentials 101
6pm- 9pm
Tytan Pictures - Eatonton, GA
We invite you to Tytan Pictures studio for an evening of exploration into the beautiful world of photography. The evening is sponsored by the Putnam Development Authority and is free of charge to Putnam County Residents as well as those owning businesses in Putnam County.

The class will be both presentation and hands-on practical workshop where you will learn the essential skills of camera operation, basic lighting, and working with a subject. It is open to all skill levels from beginner to pro. There will be something for everyone.

We will be having dedicated youth workshops in the near future as well.

Camera (if you have one, but not required)

From the way back files… in 1981 I was asked to pilot the Phoenix that was designed and built by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Jim “Jimbob” Adamski and I had a blast and came away with some pretty big upsets besting some pretty famous cyclists at the time. Jimbob and I were both raced Cat 1/2 Pro but we were up against National and Olympic team members and a few pro cyclists so it was a huge day for us. More importantly this is the event that Roxy and I started going together full time and have been together ever since. Roxy drove us back to NorCal in “Shultz” our three color VW Scirocco with no a/c windows down blaring “Running with the Devil” by Van Halen on the Blaupunkt Cassette tape deck. As a bonus ASME awarded us special recognition for design excellence for our work on the project.

These guys did an amazing job transporting us back to 1929 Jazz club / speakeasy.

We had an amazing time recreating the 1920’s for our new film Timeless 1929 which is a tribute to Blues legend Peg Leg Howell who grew up right here in Eatonton. This is part of the Timeless series of short films we have produced for Visit Eatonton highlighting the arts. Pictured here in this stunning image of Roxy is actress Raiany Belle whose timeless beauty and talent was perfect for the role. Many thanks to my Co Producer and Director our director of photography and screenplay collaborator Nathan and Kaylah and .beast.of.laurel.ridge Katie and so many other talented crew and cast. Thank you Lisa Jackson for all your help. Thanks to our amazing Costume, Art, G&E and Camera departments as well. A very very special thanks to Maggie Milner our Executive Producer for believing in the project!
