We cover Local, Regional, and National news related to Police / Fire / Weather / Missing / Safety and other pertinent information to the communities we serve. We have been based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska since inception in 2009. The Scanner i

s owned and operated by Brian and Andi Hale at Hale Multimedia, a custom programming and website firm in business since 1996. He and Andi were married in 2004 and she immediately left her corporate job to join Brian in the rollercoaster ride of entrepreneurship at Hale Multimedia, the company responsible for everything scanner related and a dozen other projects, including their broadcasting and podcasting businesses at Hale Broadcasting, since 1994. Remarkably, these businesses still serve the Panhandle of Nebraska and Eastern Wyoming faithfully, despite being located in Wichita Falls, Texas since 2014.
