The blame game. When we have negative emotions we tend to make a big deal of them in our head. We tend to think “if” “if I hadn’t done this, said this, you know the drill. Give yourself some love, some space and grace. Don’t beat yourself up and it willbe a game changer I promise! Remind yourself it’s ok to feel good or bad and human.
