Karen Jackson, MPA, CNP, a published author, strategic marketer, personal development and event management expert, has served more than 20 years in various Marketing and Communication roles in the private and nonprofit sectors. The certified nonprofit professional and avid advocate for women and children specializes in helping individuals and organizations build effective, professional images, brands and business communications through various strategic practices.

Her professional career includes serving as a freelance reporter/writer and columnist with the Dayton Daily News, Coordinator with the Kids in Need Foundation, and Senior Technical Writer and Editor at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. These skills were equally beneficial while serving as the first School and Community Relations Specialist for Middletown City Schools where her work and leadership was recognized for guiding the communication efforts when the school district split with another local school district.
