Because we are all the same. We may have different languages or different skin but we all experience the human life given to each of us by our Creator. Sleepy Hollow is any town that has humans living, working, struggling, laughing, crying and communing together in the human race. The little town I am from is just off the banks of the Columbia River. Most of the stories come from my father recalling his adventures as a boy in this same town and now includes my own recollections growing up in a small town. The Good and the Bad
Sleepy Hollow is quiet. You rarely hear sounds of violence or hear of much crime. The larger cities around us can have all that. We in Sleepy Hollow will take the quiet. We have a Courthouse, a courthouse square, a theater, grocery stores, churches and schools. We have an Old Town and a newer town close to the highway. Everything you need to grow up thinking the world is your oyster. You will read about mischief, success, fantasy, funny tales, poetry, recipes, comic strips, religion, commentary and of course lots of jokes. You will enjoy the website and the magazine. Sit back and enjoy the adventures of the Sleepy Hollow gang of characters. The stories are mainly about the Newton Clan that all live somewhere either in or around Sleepy Hollow. We even have a talking Rooster!
