The backstory……
A few months ago, the psalmist felt a deep burden laid upon his heart by the Lord, to fervently pray for the nation of Israel and compose sounds of intercession for Jerusalem. Responding obediently, he used his Israel national flag as a symbolic point of contact and engaged in daily intercession. To his amazement, when he later asked his wife to write a prayer song for Jerusalem, she already had one penned in her diary. With the ongoing unrest in the nation of Israel, the psalmist now recognizes that the prompting he received was divinely arranged by God - Ezekiel 22:30 and is confident that God's will shall ultimately prevail in the end.
+++ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, an prosperity within thy palaces – Psalm 122:6-7 +++
