The U.S. Marshals are searching for 38-year-old Zachary Tyler Moody, wanted for negligent homicide.
Moody is last known to be in Eastern Arkansas.

Capital murder charges were filed Thursday against Stephen Keith Gantz, a 54-year-old Hot Springs Village man, for allegedly shooting and killing his pregnant wife and unborn child in June before leading Hot Springs Village police on a vehicle pursuit.

Malvern Avenue is currently blocked from Convention Boulevard to Church Street as the Hot Springs Police Department and Hot Springs Fire Department assess damage to a utility pole in the 300 block of Malvern Avenue. The broken pole caused power outages to Hotel Hot Springs and the Hot Springs Convention Center, and other parts of downtown Friday.
