Hunter Pinke hosts a podcast titled “Sit Down with Hunter Pinke,” where he shares his own story and features guests who’ve faced immense challenges with resilience and purpose. The show launched in June 2025, with three episodes released so far, is available at . This podcast reflects his upbeat, faith-driven message.

Pinke was featured in the Winter 2022 issue of North Dakota Horizons, where he spoke candidly about how he transformed his life after a traumatic skiing accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down.

Community events in North Dakota are truly one of a kind. Last night, Tigirlily Gold took the stage ahead of a North Dakota-themed drone show at the State Capitol. The event, made possible by North Dakota Career Builders, was free and open to everyone. And to top it all off—the weather was absolutely perfect!

On July 10, the State Historical Society and the North Dakota National Guard hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the new military gallery expansion at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum.

It will be a wonderful addition to North Dakota's largest museum!

In our spring 2023 issue, we featured Peggy Lee Day in Valley City.

The fourth annual FREE event is back again this summer and is scheduled for 7 p.m. on June 20, 2024, at the Valley City State University Center for the Arts. The night celebrates North Dakotan Peggy Lee’s successful musical career with her popular hits, played by Miss Bonnie Lynn, followed by an ice cream and coffee social.
