I will probably sound like a broken record all day long with my minimalist views but they need to be shared.
I started implying minimalism when the pandemic started in 2020. By no means will anyone enter my home and say; "Holy crap! You are such a minimalist." None of that.
However, minimalism has taught me to be intentional in everything I do. I can ACTUALLY be in the present moment when I spend time with others. This practice of intention has taken over three decades.
Minimalism has brought me joy and freedom I never expected. The positive impact is too LARGE to keep all to myself.
Here is my minimalist journey in summary;
Minimalism is the intentional living of here and now while appreciating all that life has to offer. Minimalism is stopping the compare game with "keeping up with the Jonese's" while assuming that people who live this way are happy. Minimalism pushes you to find joy, happiness and gratitude in your life TODAY. Not tomorrow, not next week, not ten years from now, TODAY!
Minimalism helps you find the fantastic positive effects on GIVING your items to people who need them more than your shelf does.
Minimalism is complete mental freedom and appreciation to what you already have, not what you COULD have in the future. Minimalism has become a form of meditation for me where I know EXACTLY what is in my closet, shelf and drawer. It has brought me back to me and brought me so much freedom and joy.
I am FREE. Are you? If you are looking to become more minimalistic in your life, I can help you get there. No strings attached. I just want you to find the balance I have found through minimalism. You can always DM me, I am a message away :)
