🔥 THIS IS WHAT WE’VE BEEN BUILDING. 🔥

Grand Opening Family Day at Rally at Ethos was one hell of a day! 🙌 So many people came through, grabbed some amazing food, enjoyed the drinks, music, kids running around, and just soaked up the good vibes. ❤️

This is WAY more than just a food truck pod. We’re building a place where people can come together, hang out, make memories and actually feel like part of something.

And trust me… we’re already cooking up MORE days like this. 👀🔥

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out and supported us. We seriously appreciate every single one of you.

My little princess hit me with a business meeting today...

"Daddy, you need to sell a LOT of sandwiches this week... because I need a new dress... and new shoes."

So apparently I'm not running a food truck anymore—I'm funding a tiny fashion influencer. 🤣

Guess I'd better get back to making grilled cheese. Y'all know the assignment:

Somebody needs to hear this today...

If you've got a dream, stop waiting for the "perfect time." It doesn't exist.

Go after it.

I'm living proof that hard work, surrounding yourself with the right people, staying stubborn when things get hard, and refusing to quit can change your life.

For years I've been grinding when nobody was watching. There were plenty of setbacks, doubts, and days I wondered if it would ever happen.

Now it's all starting to come together.

Tonight Sophie looked at me and said, "Daddy, I want to hang out and take funny selfies." 🥹❤️
Say less, kiddo.
Ten minutes later, my camera roll was 99% goofy faces, fake surprises, and laughter that money can't buy. 😂
These are the moments that matter most. One day she'll outgrow asking me to take silly selfies, so for now I'm saying "yes" every single time.
I may look ridiculous... but being her dad is my favorite adventure. ❤️

The greatest moments in life aren't expensive... they're the ones you'll never get back. ❤️

One donut. Two smiles. A thousand memories.

One day they'll be too big to ask for donut dates, too busy to sit across the table making each other laugh. Until then, I'm soaking up every second.

Hug your kids. Make the memories. Take the photo. Put the phone down. They grow up way too fast.
