The Town of Lewiston has filed paperwork to remove their lawsuit and drop the TRO that prevented them from opening.

The agreement is an inspection today, and they will be allowed to open business as usual.

This is a huge win for the people, the King family, and the Town of Lewiston. A small business stays open, a family stays fed, and a Town has an amazing business bringing people in.

Congrats Niagara Pumpkin Farm!

They will be opening next weekend to the public.

WIN FOR THE PEOPLE

Niagara Pumpkin Farm was told the public hearing and site plan approval meeting is no longer needed tonight, and they are allowed to open business as usual after an inspection from the Town of Lewiston.

They will officially be opening next week!

UPDATE!

The meeting is off, and they can open business as usual after an inspection from the town !

Tonight is the night.

The Niagara Pumpkin Farm needs the public support.

I believe from my investigation and research, there is a behind the scenes attempt to stop their operation. I do not know why, but I know how. They are not going to give them a fair hearing, and the decision is already made.

The people need to show up and let Lewiston know, they are being watched.

To keep it short: the town allowed them to operate for a year, and then “we’re surprised at how big they were” and asked them to get a special use permit. Only issue is, per an e-mail, they don’t issue that type of permit.

The town supervisor told us they haven’t pulled permits or had inspections, yet the business has receipts and proof of, permits and inspections.

The business applied to be part of the agri-business district and was approved.

The town has reached out to NYS and asked them to pull the property from the agri-business classification.

The town denies this, but once again I have seen e-mails to the contrary.

They mention “numerous complaints” but only one official complaint has been filed, by a neighbor who I believe has some sort of personal issue with himself, and the family who operates the business.

Call to action for any supporter in the Niagara County area.

When: Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 pm

Where: Lewiston Town Hall 1375 Ridge Road Lewiston, NY 14092

Why: A small farm that runs a haunted hayride and sells pumpkins is going before the planning board for approval of a permit to operate. They have been dealing with some odd issues within the town and neighborhood to say the least. That’s all I can say now.

This family needs the public to show up in support of a small business trying to survive in the least business friendly state in the nation

At the end of the day, a family investing money into their own property to give a community something to do other than a car wash, a Dollar General, a solar farm, or a v**e store is desperately needed.

Government is the longest-running Ponzi scheme in history. It takes money from workers today to pay for promises made decades ago, with no real savings or investment. Just a constant need for new taxpayers. Programs like Social Security aren’t funded, but floated by hope and demographics. As the population ages and the workforce shrinks, the math stops working.

Unlike a private Ponzi scheme, the government can legally force you to pay in, then move the goalposts when it can’t deliver. There's no accountability, only higher taxes, inflation, or broken promises. The scam is dressed up as social good, but in the end, someone always gets left holding the bag.

We need to teach the real three branches of government in schools.

Legislative Branch – A bunch of career liars in suits who write 2,000-page bills nobody reads, then name them something wholesome like “The Puppy and Sunshine Act” while sneaking in kickbacks for their donors.

Executive Branch – A bloated bureaucracy run by a figurehead who signs whatever’s shoved in front of him, backed by an army of unelected alphabet agencies that regulate your life down to the size of your toilet tank.

Judicial Branch – Robed priests who pretend to interpret the Constitution, but mostly rubber-stamp government power—unless the cameras are rolling, in which case they toss you a crumb of “freedom” to look impartial.

Together they form the Unholy Trinity of Control—writing the rules, enforcing the rules, and declaring the rules legal… all while telling you you’re free.

They say taxes support people who don’t work. Exactly, every dollar you earn props up the parasites in suits who write laws all day and produce nothing but your misery.

At first, they told you they loved you. They said they’d protect you, take care of you, make life easier.

Then came the rules. “Don’t spend money that way.” “Don’t go there without me.” “Don’t make decisions without asking.”

Every paycheck you earned, they took a piece. They told you it was for the house, for your safety. Yet, the house still crumbled, the lights still flickered, and somehow they always had enough for themselves.

When you resisted, they yelled. When you pushed back, they threatened. When you begged to leave, they told you it was impossible,. That you needed them, that without them you’d starve.

It’s suffocating. It’s exhausting. And you wake up one day realizing: you’ve been in an abusive relationship all along.

Only the spouse isn’t a person. It’s your government.
