The Thieves are at Jakes for our annual Halloween Bash. Come and have a spooktacular time. Ok, that sounds a bit corny, candy corny. Ok, I'll stop. Jakes has great food, people, and if there are zombies, the band will be safe and continue playing. They prefer people with brains. Just get your ass down to Jakes this Saturday. Down beat is at 8. This Sunday, July 14, from 1-5 we're holding church for Crusty at Dirty Dogs Roadhouse, 17999 W. Colfax Ave., in Golden. Jim has always been there for others, he's one of the first to volunteer, and he never asks for help. We're this because we care about him and appreciate how he always steps up for others. Now it's our turn. This picture was taken at my benefit, which he was the MC. As I said he's always there for others. Great music, a great time for a great person. You don't want to miss it. See you there.

When I get on a stage to play music, I'm 17 again, if only for a while. It's the music that makes all of us young. Makes us smile. It's good medicine for the soul. It's priceless. Go get you some.
