Faith & Fitness! Presented by Jazmin Barnes! Are you looking to keep your body moving and healthy? Join us every Thursday’s starting June 12 - July 17 at 6:00 for 6weeks! ALL ages are welcome! The workouts will be low intensity for young & older women and men. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottles to stay hydrated! There is no cost & this is open to the public and community!
