Last night was the very first and the turn out was great and the residents were ready to unleash some words to the public about Skid Row and themselves. But I am sad to say there's no audio and we'll have to shoot it again. But yet we'll still have this first experience to at least look at in silence as the initiation process. I'll still upload on YouTube sometime soon.
This is just only the beginning of the change that's already taking place for 2016 for those who are ready to begin living their dreams. Skid Row was the birthing place for me and my vision to bring to life, all creative ideas inside my brain to the physical universe and I owe it all to God for allowing me to go through all that I have gone through.
I am now to use my name to bring attention to the Non Profit which is in my daughter's middle name of Horizon for Horizon, Inc. The information below will help you to understand how you may be able to help us here at Skid Row bring all of our dreams to life.
This event is being Hosted by Demetra Wilson owner of Universal Testing & Consulting along with Horizon, Inc., a newly forming Non Profit that will be working with the Homeless through Entertainment, Entrepreneurship & Self Employment for an "Out The Box Economics" to form an Independent Advertisement Program to Promote and Advertise all the Positive ACTION going on in Skid Row, South LA & Beyond.
MISSION STATEMENT...
"Assisting not only the Homeless Community but any youth and or adult going through rough times and in need of an outlet to release frustrated energy. We will also use Entertainment to bring people in to try Entrepreneurship & Self Employment. We will be looking for Talent for Entertainment Showcases and Fundraisers, and Job Skills for Productions and Advertisements, to help us develope our Independent Advertising Program to Advertise all Positive ACTION in Skid Row, South LA and Beyond."
We are already working with a few sponors and are open for others to come aboard to help us launch our Non Profit and Activites that will help bring up the tone level of those who are dealing with any negative situations.
