Thank you Jennea Bivens Klingenberg from the The HOYCE Center for having me entertain the kids. It felt so good to perform at the Bronzeville Jazz Music Festival / Kids Corner in my hometown Chicago for the first time ever. The kids loved engaging with me and my puppet pals. We had fun learning through singing my educational songs and dancing. They brought out some pretty cool animals such as the little chickens, snakes, chinchillas and the sloth.🦥 😊

I even ran into a famous musician that wrote a song that the whole still dance to this day “Brighter Days” by Cajmere feat Dajae, Oh, Uh, Ah, Eh, Can you feel It. It was a busy day for us but it turned out great! 😊 ❤️

We had an amazing time at the MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM celebrating Chance The Rapper 10th Anniversary of The Coloring Book. The families and kids including Chance team enjoyed hanging out with Mr Zal and Lil Zal.

We even had our own flavor name of ice cream, Mr Zalicious and Lil Zal Lemon Ice. 🤣 We had a chance to try the special “Coloring Book” Ice Cream and it was delicious as well as the other flavors. Also, we wanted to present a gift to him for his 10th Anniversary but unfortunately we had to hit the road.

I purchased some cool Chance The Rapper merchandise before leaving but we’ll deliver his gift this week in person hopefully. Today was a great day with a lot of sweets and smiles.
