First Biblical Principle of Healing: Allow God to Heal the Broken Places

Healing begins when we stop hiding the hurt and allow God into the places that still ache. He is not intimidated by our pain, our disappointment, or the parts of our story we wish had happened differently.

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 KJV

Biblical healing is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about trusting God with what is wounded and believing that He can restore what pain tried to destroy.

You can pray while you are still hurting.
You can have faith while you are still healing.
You can move forward without rushing the process.

Peace begins where healing is allowed.

Peace doesn’t mean life will always be easy. Sometimes peace is having the strength to keep standing when life feels heavy.

God never promised we would face every battle in our own strength. When we feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, we can lean on Him. His strength steadies us when ours feels gone.

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee…” — Isaiah 41:10 KJV

Strength is not pretending you aren’t hurting. It is trusting God enough to keep moving forward—one prayer, one decision, and one peaceful step at a time.
