This is my Day 1, starting my fitness journey to lose 20 pounds.

ALSO had my check up today. My new doctor was amazed how I turned my health around. He has never seen a patient do what I have done by reversing my Diabetes Type II, which I was diagnosed in 2018. NO MEDS. EAT WHOLE CLEAN FOODS, VERY LITTLE SUGAR. Waiting for my blood work today and waiting for results. My A1C has remained normal since 2019.

He says most men my age give up an die. Kudos to the ones who transform.

This is an example of what Daddy Figure Podcast is going to be about. Male reinvention.

I am 6'7" at 315lbs. (more than I thought). Should get down to 270lbs in 4 to 6 months.
