Fourteen women from New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Florida came together for a 24-day adventure across the Southern Hemisphere. 🌏

In Australia, the journey came alive with vibrant city life in Melbourne, penguin sightings on Phillip Island, and unforgettable moments at the Great Barrier Reef. 🐧

They explored the Outback, stood in awe of Uluru, and took in iconic sights like the Sydney Opera House, all while sharing an experience that was both challenging and deeply rewarding. 🌅

For one WWII prisoner of war, the answer was his artwork. In this tribute by his daughter, Susan Holmstrom Kohnowich, we honor Carl Holmstrom, held at Stalag Luft III during the Great Escape. 🎨

He used his talent to document life in captivity and support fellow prisoners. This Memorial Day, we remember the stories behind the sacrifice. ❤️
