Designed specifically for kids from early childhood through the teen years, our guided programs meet your child right where they are at emotionally.

Whether your child is struggling with overwhelming worries, intense frustration, or just learning how feelings work, our research backed framework helps them build self awareness and coping skills for life.

When our homes are disrupted by dailyoutbursts, it is completely normal to feel exhausted and search for an instant solution. 💬

What truly changes the dynamic at home is realizing that emotional outbursts are not a parenting failure or a child acting out on purpose. When a child's nervous system is overwhelmed, they physically lack the capacity to process what they are experiencing.

When we step back from trying to stop the meltdown immediately and instead guide them through understanding their internal signals, we help them develop lifelong self-awareness. Emotional growth happens through small, steady moments of practice during quiet times.

Tag a fellow friend who is on this journey too! 📌✨

Before a child experiences an anger explosion or meltdown, their body almost always gives them early warning signals. 🧠🔥

Teaching kids to recognize physical anger clues—like a racing heart, clenched fists, or a warm face—helps them build self-awareness before feelings get too big to manage. When children learn to tune into their body signals, they can start using calming strategies before an outburst happens.

Practicing body awareness during calm moments turns anger from an overwhelming monster into something kids can notice and control.

If you're ready to help your child build real anger management and emotional regulation skills, check out our All About Anger Course at the link in our bio! 🔗✨

Understanding emotions isn't just about stopping big outbursts in the moment. It’s about building long-term confidence from the inside out. 🧠

When kids learn to identify feelings like frustration, worry, anger or disappointment early on, they don't have to carry them in silence or express them through behavior.

They begin to realize that big emotions aren't scary or permanent—they are just information. That small shift opens the door for real communication, deeper connection at home, and a stronger sense of self-worth as they grow. ✨

We teach reading before a child is expected to read well.

We teach math before they’re expected to solve harder problems.

But with emotions, we often wait until something feels hard.

I’d love to see that change.

Not because children need to manage every feeling perfectly.

Because emotional skills can be taught before they’re urgently needed.

Every child deserves an emotional education.

Emotional strength isn’t built overnight—it happens in those quiet, everyday moments. 💡

When kids face big feelings, it can feel overwhelming for them (and for us!). But when we make learning about emotions hands-on and interactive, a shift happens. Kids stop seeing emotions like anger, frustration, or anxiety as scary, out-of-control monsters. Instead, they start viewing them as normal signals they can learn to handle. 🧠

By giving them simple visual cues and regular practice during calm moments, we help them build a toolkit they can rely on when storms hit. Emotional confidence starts with little steps every single day.

Back-to-school has me thinking about how many emotional education opportunities are hiding in really ordinary moments.

The car ride home is one of them.

I’ve stopped expecting “How was school?” to magically open the floodgates 😂

Instead, I’m trying questions that help my kids notice a little more about their day.

What felt easy?

What felt uncomfortable?

When did you feel proud of yourself?

Did your body feel nervous at any point?

These conversations don’t have to be long.

They’re just small opportunities to help kids build awareness around what they’re feeling, what they notice in their body, and what those emotions might be telling them.

That’s such a big part of emotional education for me.

Not waiting for a huge emotional moment.

Just using everyday life to keep building the skills.

And if you’re looking for more support teaching these skills at home, our All the Emotions courses are designed to give families a more structured, age-appropriate way to do that.
