Originally from London, England, Pete spent 17 years working for both major and independent record labels in the UK including Polydor, Phonogram, Chrysalis, Go! Discs, Independiente and at the same time was also involved in various songwriting and studio projects. Pete has been fortunate to meet and work with some wonderful people in the music industry along with a few of the UK’s finest artists i
ncluding two of his all time hero's John Martyn and Paul Weller. During his time at Independiente, Pete was invited by Paul to work as Executive Producer for his live solo acoustic album "Days Of Speed." Pete was also involved in bringing legendary singer-songwriter and guitarist, John Martyn to Go! Discs and then later to Independiente where he worked with John on four albums. Pete left the UK and moved to Wisconsin, USA, in 2004 and started his own music company; Solid Air Music. He also set up his own recording studio and maintains a busy schedule composing music for Film, TV, Commercials, and other Multimedia projects. Pete writes in a wide range of genres, including Dramatic, Rock, Electronic, and Ambient, and his ability to capture moods ranging from tragic and sorrowful to energetic and uplifting is truly impressive.
