Hey y’all! I’ve kept you waiting long enough. It’s been a week since I was crowned, and it STILL hasn’t sunk in. I am your reigning 2025 Modern Miss Kentucky! 👑💛
I’m so excited to see where this year leads!
My name is Isabella Gilvin, and pageantry has been a part of my heart for as long as I can remember. I didn’t start because of crowns or sparkle — I started because I wanted to be a role model for younger girls, to show them that no matter what stands in your way, your goals are worth chasing.
I will never forget my very first pageant, the Augusta Riverfest Regatta. My parents told me that if I could find my own dress, then I could compete — so I went to the local thrift store, picked out a gown, and hand-stitched every bow, bead, and tiny alteration myself. ✨
That year, I placed 1st runner-up, and even though I didn’t win on my first try… I never gave up.
And that became my story — a story of determination, faith, and believing in the girl God created me to be.
I am so thankful that the Lord has walked with me every step of the way, giving me the strength to keep going so I can continue to be an example for all girls:
✨ Your beginning does not define your ending.
✨ Hard work matters.
✨ Faith carries you.
✨ And giving up is never an option.
