BoMir Publishing

BoMir Publishing Publisher of THE orchestration of Stainer's "The Crucifixion", a choral setting of 'Danse Macabre' and other instrumental and vocal compositions.

My orchestration of Stainer's "The Crucifixion" has been newly edited based on comments from conductors and directors.

It appears to me that the large publishers are pushing out Lenten and Easter titles NOW. If anyone is interested in my Crucifixion orchestration hit me up!

I'm firing up the printer and rolling out the score and parts to Stainer's Crucifixion again. If your choir and house of worship is ready to take the leap be sure to hit me up!

Now that the Christmas holiday season is over, it's time to start thinking about Lent and Easter. Crucifixion, by Sir John Stainer, is a classic of the Lenten season. If you're not interested in performing it again with organ, as you may have done multiple times in the past, I invite you to look into my orchestrated version.

For flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, timpani, and strings, the score and parts feature cues in order to cover any instruments unavailable. Of course, the organ part may also be employed to also cover missing instruments or to simply enlarge the sound of the ensemble.

If interested in seeing the score please email me at [email protected].

"Nine Favorite Hymns" is ready to be printed! Just waiting for the $$$ to go to Kinko's!

Hey! My newest publication is a collection of Christian hymns arranged for voice and piano. These songs were the result of being asked to arrange them for a recording project that never came to light. Check MacNeil Music in September.

THE place for an orchestrated version of John Stainer's, "The Crucifixion". I've also re-orchestrated Vivaldi's "Gloria (RV 589)" for chamber wind ensemble with optional marimba. I'm very happy with many of the movements, especially the solo movements. Check it out on

Finally putting the last "big" number to my 9/11 oratorio to paper. Leaning toward a heavy metal feel, think 80's British metal bands. After this I will begin dwelling in the land of solos and small ensembles to complete the feel for this large piece. If anyone has a poem idea they think would be awesome set to music I'll consider it. It need not be original... Anonymous or PD are best, for permission reasons. Hopefully a performance is not that far away...

Getting into a cappella choral arranging.
