Vicksburg’s own H.C. “Chris” Porter is bringing us the very first Hipstoric Art Festival — and volunteers are needed to help make it happen!

This one-of-a-kind event will be packed with art, music, food, kids’ activities, and so much more. 🎨🎶🍴

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

We need your help! During the festival, we will need help gathering items for our welcome packets, placing signage, booth sitters, event "runners", artist greeters, water distributors, hospitality hosts/hostesses, assistants for children's activities, etc. We would love to add you to our list of supporters of this fantastic event bringing the arts to downtown Vicksburg.

The food pantry at The Squeeze has seen better days after years of weather exposure. They're hoping to replace it with something warm, welcoming, and functional—so those in need feel supported, not just served.

Our food pantry has seen better days after being exposed to the weather for several years. We imagine it can be hard to ask for help or walk up to a food pantry to look for dinner for your family. That said, we would like people to find our pantry not only having the foods they need but also to be warm & welcoming. We are looking for someone who can donate a new one to The Squeeze. This can be an old hutch or cabinet with shelves & doors. Anything would be appreciated.
