A little sneak peek at something I’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes… 👀📚

“From Spark to Story” is slowly starting to come to life, and honestly? Seeing this idea go from random notes and late-night brainstorming sessions to an actual prototype feels surreal. ✨

I wanted to create something that helps writers organize the chaos of story ideas into something tangible — without making the process feel overwhelming.

It’s still a work in progress, but I’m really excited about where it’s headed. 🖤

And the sticky note reminder felt fitting:
“It is okay to write ugly. It does not have to be perfect.” ✍️

Because sometimes the messy first draft is where the magic starts.

Some days life feels chaotic… but books? Books have a way of making the world quiet for a little while. ✨📚

Whether it’s getting lost in a fantasy world, falling for fictional characters, or just having a few peaceful minutes with a good story after a long day — reading has honestly become one of my favorite forms of escape.

So tell me…
What book are you currently reading, or what’s a book you wish you could experience again for the first time? 👀💭

Today is the day!! ✨

My copy of Fury Bound by Sable Sorensen is officially here, and I am so ready to dive in. After being completely pulled into Dire Bound, I already know I’m not emotionally prepared for what this book is about to do to me.

Also… can we just take a moment for this DELUXE edition?! The sprayed edges are absolutely stunning and somehow make the whole reading experience feel even more magical. I swear, pretty books just hit different.

Safe to say this is jumping straight to the top of my TBR tonight. If you’ve read it already (or are starting today too), don’t spoil me—but tell me… am I ready? 👀🔥

If a book can pull me in from page one… I already know it’s going to own a piece of my soul 🖤

Dire Bound by Sable Sorensen did exactly that for me. From the very first chapter, I was hooked—completely immersed in the tension, the atmosphere, and that slow, addictive unraveling that keeps you saying “just one more chapter”… until it’s 2AM and you’re still not ready to stop.

There’s something about the world-building and the intensity of the characters that lingers. It’s the kind of story that doesn’t just stay on the page—it stays with you.

And now… I am not okay because Fury Bound drops TOMORROW 😭🔥
I already know I’m clearing my schedule because I need answers, I need more, and honestly… I’m not emotionally prepared.

If you love dark, gripping fantasy with tension you can feel—this is your sign to pick it up.

✨ Have you read Dire Bound yet? Are you ready for Fury Bound?

Hey friends… I wanted to take a moment to check back in. 🤍

I know I’ve been quiet on here, and I didn’t want to just disappear without saying why.

On February 26th, my whole world changed in an instant. I was driving behind my husband when I watched him wreck his motorcycle right in front of me. It’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone… and it’s been a long, emotional road since then.

But through everything—the fear, the chaos, the unknown—he is alive. He is still here. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.

Life has looked very different these past couple of months. We’ve been focused on healing, adjusting, and just getting through each day as it comes.

Now that things are starting to settle (just a little), I’m slowly finding my way back to the things that feel like me again—writing, reading, and all things bookish. 📚✨

This space has always been something I love, and I’m not giving that up. It might not be perfect, and it might be slow, but I’m coming back.

Thank you for being here, for your patience, and for sticking around. 🤍

One of my favorite character types to write is the “misjudged” heroine.

The one everyone overlooks.
The one who doubts herself.
The one who doesn’t realize she’s powerful yet.

There’s something so satisfying about watching the world underestimate her.

And then regret it.

Do you love secretly powerful main characters?

Or do you prefer strong-from-the-start energy?
