Wouldn't it be cool to get a glimpse of the near future? To be able to journey into an divergent timeline of our very existence?

Tomorrow (Friday, September 5th) I will give you a unique opportunity to experience what would be my 243rd Friday afternoon livestream effort, (but not live), on my Mixcloud page.

The reason for this shift to what could possibly be an alternative universe is a scheduled, but not too specifically scheduled visit from our local internet provider to upgrade our service.

Instead of promoting a livestream event that might be pre-empted by a delayed service call, I decided to concentrate intently this week, and lay down a session that I believe closely resembles what would have occurred if the service call had never happened.

Can you hear me now?

After a couple of more interactions with my "friends" at Verizon, I am on the schedule to bring my internet connection fully into 2025, which should solve the connectivity issues that marred last Friday's livestream attempt.

The modifications/upgrades should be in play in time for the September 5th(!) show, but I intend to press on until then.

I was able to complete a 3 hour and ten minute test stream on Wednesday without any notable issues, and am hopeful that the same will be possible today at 3:47 PM ET, as I launch headlong into episode #241 of my Friday Happy Hour series, heard only on Mixcloud!

Well, in spite of all of the frustration with the tech again today, I am very happy with this facsimile of what you might have heard if all had worked as planned!

I like the flow, there is a definite energy to the last hour, and I hope you all are as pleased with this as I am!

The internet is f***ing with me today, I know it is the internet because I am staring at the router as it craps out.

I ended the livestream before it began, not a happy camper.

I've got nothing today, when it comes to promoting the 240th edition of my (mostly) weekly livestream music show, heard only on Mixcloud.

Hello again.

It has been another fairly busy work week for me, and I have not yet solved the issues that have caused the livestream to be less than perfect from a technical standpoint.
