Visibility. Authenticity. Advocacy.

That was the heartbeat of the Women in Glass + Fenestration event at 2025. From Stefanie Couch 's (Grit Blueprint) inspiring “Fired to Fearless” keynote to an empowering Women Leaders Panel with Lakisha A. Woods, CAE (National Glass Association) and Sheronda L. Carr, (National Association of Women in Construction), the message was clear: women’s leadership isn’t optional—it’s essential for the future of our industry.

So much of what makes our industry great happens behind the scenes.
At this year’s America in Orlando, a glass recycling initiative led by Infinite Recycled Technologies quietly made a significant impact.
More than 14 tons of glass were collected and diverted from landfill — proof that even the logistics and cleanup side of our trade shows can drive sustainability forward.
It’s a reminder that innovation isn’t just about what we build, but how we take responsibility for every piece of it. ♻️
Thank you to the team at IRT for their efforts --> Patrick Elmore, Jeremiah Watson, Stanley Yee, Nick Henderson, Samantha Froendt, & Carlos Medina
See more details below on the important and successful effort at the show!
