Ingram, M.D. with the goal of offering patient-centered psychotherapy and medication management to residents of Virginia Beach and neighboring cities. Urgent care or emergency room

Sometimes it's hard to know what kind of medical care is needed and where you should go to get it. Click on the link for guidelines on how to determine where you need to go for care.

If what you are experiencing is NOT a life-threatening emergency, it is best to call your primary physician. You may be able to speak with your physician, another physician on call, or a triage nurse to determine if you need to go to an urgent care or if you can be seen in-office. Your insurance may also have an after-hours nurse line that you can call to determine what kind of care you need for your condition. The phone number may be listed on the back of your insurance card.

The Most Successful Techniques for Rising Early : zenhabits

http://www.zenhabits.net/early/
This former night owl is now embracing being an early bird. Over the course of a month, I have successfully changed my sleep/wake patterns. I've had to do so because my half marathon training schedule requires me to be chipper, energetic, and ready to run by 6:00am. I'm in bed by 9pm and awake by 5:45am. The early mornings while my family is still asleep and I'm the only one awake has become my "me" time. By the time I have to get my son up and ready for school I am ready to conquer the world! Or the day, at least. I have done my training, had my morning coffee, looked at my plans for the day, and made my daily to-do list. Coincidentally, I have noticed that I have a more "sunny" disposition throughout the day. I think my new routine has affected my mood for the better. For tips on changing your morning routine, click on the link to this great article. -Marie

Waking early is one of my favorite things in the world. The morning is quiet as the world hasn’t begun stirring, the perfect time for meditation, writing, exercise and some quiet reading.
