My new client was in need of crotchet repairs and desired a middle part as her original grid did not allow one. We are very pleased with her results!

First Retwist! 👏🏻💕

We started her locs in January. I encourage shampooing frequently in the starter loc phase to maintain a healthy scalp and help loc the hair.

Her style will be removed in 2-3 weeks and the process (shampooing) will be repeated.

Between retwists, your locs should be hydrated (water) and separated to avoid marrying. Other than that, leave them alone and watch them blossom!

When I was in high school, a few others and myself were in a very bad accident involving a 16 wheel tractor trailer on I-64. I was the passenger.

I remember feeling the first hit to my door but God told me not to look to my right and to tuck my feet under the dashboard.

He hit us again and we started flipping. I was hopeful in the first two flips but lost all hope after the third. We flipped 6 times and did not have seatbelts on. We landed on the roof of the car on the highway and exited the car with minor injuries. People rushed out of their cars and came to help. They could not believe that we had made it out alive.

You ask me why I praise God the way I do. He showed me then that our lives are precious and purposeful.

If you’ve overcome situations that were meant to destroy you, understand that God has given you another chance at life. Don’t waste His grace. Use the gifts and time that He has given you!

He loves you. Thank you Jesus for all that you are and all that you do! 🙏🏼

My new client began her loc journey almost 2 years ago. We lifted further up her midshaft to achieve her desired result. We discussed a few important loc tips and I’d like to share them with you as well ✨

• Loc styles should be kept no longer than 2-3 weeks and followed with a good shampoo and conditioner. If your locs are dry, please know that it is safe to deep condition.

• A low developer helps avoid damaging the locs when bleaching. Proper aftercare following bleaching is vital to maintaining healthy locs.

• The frequency of retwists is dependent on the stage of the locs. Retwisting too often leads to thinning and breakage.

Looks are great but health is always top priority! ✨

I had a young client tell me how she’s had a rocky relationship with Jesus during her life as she’s faced many challenges and felt that He wasn’t there for her. I gave her a few of my personal testimonies and told her that God loves her and He’ll never leave nor forsaken her!

We all go through challenges in life but God is always with us. During difficult times, turn to Him not away from Him.

After her appointment, she texted me and thanked me for her hair and said that what I said about the Lord opened her heart back to Him. This will remain in my heart forever ♥️
