If you are struggling I am alive to tell you you can make it out I believe in you!!! Everyday is a struggle but I’m no longer running from the hard times I face them head on I take some breaths and work thru s**t!!!! I don’t want to numb myself anymore I want to feel my emotions when I make it thru the hard moments I feel proud of myself!!! Recovery is possible

I just want to share how truly grateful I am to be apart of my daughters life’s I haven’t always been, so many years I spent in active addiction and I sadly missed so much of there lives something I cannot get back that guilt still lives inside of me but instead of allowing it to consume me and drive me into the darkness I let it be the drive I need to live a sober life today!!! This last week I got to be apart of my third born daughter’s 8th grade graduation!!! I cannot explain how much that truly means to me!!! I am so grateful and blessed and even tho some days are so hard that I get into my head I know that I am living everyday with intention , these last almost 5 years I have been apart of so many important milestones of my 4 beautiful daughters life’s I am grateful for the hard and the easy days!! Today I no longer let the guilt and shame of my past hold me back if you are struggling in active addiction I am here alive today to tell you it’s never too late and you are capable!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted I’m not going to lie I got discouraged about sharing my story I’m so camera shy I have also been crazy busy with work and life kiddos I want to start posting again I just want to let everyone no that I am still sober and doing great with my recovery hope everyone is doing amazing I hope to get back at it to share my story so that I can help anyone struggling along the way God bless

Goodmorning everyone i havent been posting I’ve been pretty sick with a bad chest cold and it honestly knocked me off my ass 😮‍💨 I’m starting to feel better now… Hope everyone’s been doing well I’ll be back to making videos and getting back to engaging with those who follow and support my journey!! Appreciate you all!! I have started to write in my journal I got and it’s brought up some old wounds, which is good cause it can help me heal. I’ve also tried to start writing poetry again. I used to write poetry when I was younger, so I’m gonna give that a go. I hope everyone has a blessed day 💜💜💜
