⏳ Days on Market: Homes are taking about 97 days from listing to closing (just 4 days longer than last year)
📦 Inventory: 6.0 months of homes available (a more balanced market compared to last year)

🔑 What this means:

Buyers have more choices and time to shop with inventory climbing.

Sellers may need to price competitively as homes are taking a bit longer to sell.
