Soft & Chewy Rice Noodles ⬇️
Ingredients:
* 120 g rice flour
* 180 g tapioca flour
* 180 ml boiling hot water
* ½ tsp salt (optional)

Steps:
1. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Add boiling water and stir.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3. Divide into smaller portions.

4. Roll them flat and cut into strips.

4. Boil the noodles, drain them, and then add your preferred soup.

8 Chicken Marinade Recipes 🔥🔥

1. Asian Honey Marinade

• Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• Instructions:
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate chicken for 1-4 hours for a sweet, savory, and umami flavor.

2. Jalapeno Garlic Marinade

• Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Instructions:
• Mix ingredients well. Marinate chicken for 2-4 hours for a spicy and garlicky kick.

3. Italian Marinade

• Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Crepe Recipe's

Ingredients :
3 eggs
1cup milk
1/4cup of butter
11/4cup of flour
3 tbsp sugar
Sprinkle of salt
Powder sugar decorate as desired

Preparation :
Place eggs, milk, butter,flour, vanilla, sugar in bowl and mix the ingredients together
2. Place a non stick skillet on medium heat and grease with little oil
3. A cup of mixture is added with the tilting pan to cover the bottom completely and cook until the bottom of the crepe is golden brown and leave for 3 minutes
4. Pull the ends of crepe off the pan
5. Place crepes in serving plate sprinkle with powder sugar

Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 pound (480 g) chicken wings
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn
METHOD
STEP 1
Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour in vegetable oil. Toss well to coat. Set aside.
STEP 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.
STEP 3
Dip oiled wings into the dry mixture, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
STEP 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400º F (200º C)
STEP 5
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping once during the cooking. Check doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should be 165º F (82º C)).

Sharing my recipe for UBE BARS💜
4 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup powdered milk

Coating
1/2 cup ube flavor condensed
Or ube flavorade
1/4 cup water

1/2 cup Desicated coconut 🥥

Procedure: Ube Bread: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, combine the bread flour, baking powder and sugar ,milk powder and mix until completely combined.

Using a stand mixer, continue mixing until the flour has absorbed all the liquid.

Remove the dough from the mixer when it becomes smooth.

Place the dough in a greased baking pan and stretch it evenly with your hands or a rolling pin.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven, transfer to a wire rack.

Assembly: Soak in 1/2 cup Ube condensed milk with 1/4 cup of water.

Then roll the Ube bars in the dessicated coconut making sure to coat all sides.

Transfer the Ube bars to a plate and serve with your favorite drink!

WHOLE EGG LECHE PLAN

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 pieces large eggs
- 1 can 370ml Evaporated milk
- 1 can 390g condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:

- Break the eggs in a clean, dry mixing bowl. Whisk gently the eggs until it is well beaten. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add a can of condensed milk and evaporated milk to your egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.

- Strain the mixture about 2 to 3 times to separate some undesirable egg whites. Set aside.

- In a sauce pan, caramelize sugar in low heat. Stir until it turns light brown.

- Once it turns into light brown, turn off the fire. Transfer right away the caramel to leche flan molder or llanera to avoid crystallization of caramel. Spread the caramel evenly and let it cool for a bit.

- Pour the egg mixture to leche flan molder or llanera with caramel for about ¾ full and cover it with aluminum foil.

- Transfer the leche flan onto the steamer. Steam for about 25-35 minutes in low heat fire.

- After steaming, let it cool for a while. Place inside the refrigarator and chill it until ready to serve.

- When the leche flan had completely set, run a knife around the edges of the leche flan.

- Place a plate on top of the molder then flip it upside down and remove the leche flan molder or llanera.

- Serve it and enjoy!

HOMEMADE KFC CHICKEN 😋
Ingredients:
10 pieces of chicken (preferably thighs and legs with skin
2 cups of wheat flour
5 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
1 cups of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon chicken or meat seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the chicken pieces well. Then, they are seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
2. In a large pot, place the chicken pieces and fill with water until half covered. Then, place it over low heat for 10 minutes with the pot lid on.
3. While cooking, prepare 2 large bowls. In the first, place the flour, cornstarch, ground garlic and seasoning and stir well. In the other, the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper will be placed and must be stirred very well with a fork.
4. Once the cooking time has passed, the chicken must be removed from the water and dried well. Once this is done, pass each piece of chicken through the flour, then through the egg and again through the flour, making sure that it is very well covered, and take them to the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in a stockpot or high skillet, heat enough oil to submerge the chicken over medium heat.
6. Once it's hot. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and dip 2 to 3 pieces in the oil, frying until nicely browned on all sides, but without burning the chicken or the oil.
7. Once fried, leave the chicken pieces to rest on a plate with absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed. Credit owner
