We got nailed with storms and then floods here in the Greater Milwaukee area earlier this month. The mayor asked the governor to declare it a disaster, who did, and now we'll see some FEMA involvement in the coming weeks and months

Got my one course I'm teaching at Marquette now set up with readings, course resources, & structure for the first 5 weeks. Got to add in new quizzes and assignments, since I'm doing somewhat different material, focusing the class on love, friendship, and desire. But ready to roll for the first class next week Monday

Went in for a board meeting earlier this afternoon at Almost Home. Spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out with the cats and kittens. Got big skittish boy Mox to let me pet him for a while, which is a bit of progress for him. Erica came out for pets and even cuddling herself
