Just released a new video I shot and directed!

We decided to drop it today, the 1st of October, in the spirit of the month of Halloween. Was a fun video to shoot! Took me away from the normal rap ish that most people including myself usually go for.

Let me speak on Balzer and the music he makes.
I grew up listening to a lot of horror core/wicked rap music and most of it was local. Michigan was the breeding ground for such legends as Esham and ICP not to mention all that came after them (so many to name). At one point, that’s all I listened to. I would go to local record stores like Ray’s on Genessee or Bill’s on Court st. And ask 3 questions. Got any new rap? Is it local? Is it wicked?
I’d like to think I was up on everybody in the state!
Even though as I got older I started venturing more into hip hop and not so much the wicked s**t I always loved and respected that Michigan was pretty much the true home of wicked rap music. And today in 2024, Balzer is keeping that tradition going and doing it justice!
