🛒 Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F.
Mix Coating: In a bowl, mix olive oil, parmesan, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Coat Potatoes: Toss potato wedges in the olive oil mixture.
Bake: Arrange wedges on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
