Raw card condition should always be evaluated within raw‑market standards and assigning PSA grades to ungraded cards should never be a valid assessment method when buying/selling. A raw card is not part of the PSA market until PSA has inspected, verified, and encapsulated it. Vendor‑assigned PSA grades are estimates, not certifications and using those estimates to justify PSA‑based pricing undermines transparency and misrepresents how condition should be evaluated in the raw market.
